The Association of Manufacturers Bay Area (AMBayArea) is expanding programming to ensure that even more manufacturing leaders can take advantage of member benefits. Building on the popularity of our quarterly AMBayArea Executive Roundtables, we are launching new peer groups that will enable even more opportunities for connection and networking around meaningful topics:

• AMBayArea Food & Beverage Peer Group (Food & Beverage Executives)
• AMBayArea Operations Peer Group (COO, Plant Director/Manager, General Manager)
• AMBayArea HR Peer Group (HR Director, HR Manager, Payroll Manager)
• AMBayArea Supply Chain Peer Group (Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain)
• AMBayArea Women in MFG Peer Group

The Food & Beverage Peer Group had their first roundtable and facility tour in January at Wisoman Foods, the Women in MFG Peer Group was hosted by Silicon Valley Elite Manufacturing and Trinity Robotics Automation in May, the Operations Peer Group will hold their first roundtable at Vintage 99 Label Mfg, Inc. in September, and the HR Peer Group and Supply Chain Peer group will begin meeting later this year.

Peer groups are exclusive to manufacturers and free to AMBayArea members. Manufacturers who are not yet members can join the meeting for $50, which will be applied to their membership fee if they join within two weeks. 

Join a Peer Group
AMBayArea members are encouraged to have the appropriate representative join these peer groups. If you are the main contact for your AMBayArea membership, please email info@ambayarea.org with additional contacts who should be invited to AMBayArea peer groups (such as President CEO, CFO, VP, Department Directors, etc.).
