AMBayArea Webinar: How to Become a Manufacturing Ambassador & Reach the Next Generation

As we celebrate MFG Day throughout the month of October, join us for a webinar on the AMBayArea Manufacturing Ambassador Program, which connects manufacturers with students, parents, and educators to raise awareness of manufacturing careers.
Participants will learn:
- Opportunities that are available for manufacturing ambassadors.
- How to volunteer as a manufacturing ambassador.
- Resources and tools available for ambassadors.
- Examples of manufacturing ambassadors and presentations.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
Expert Speaker
Mark Martin, Ph.D., serves on the AMBayArea Board of Directors and is the Workforce Development Committee Lead. He is also the Bay Area Regional Director for Advanced Manufacturing Workforce Development for the California Community Colleges. Dr. Martin has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering, including product development, manufacturing and design research, teaching, and workforce development.
